Commercial Landscaping - New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York

Commercial landscaping is a large part of our business.  We install lawns, sod, seed & hay and hydro-seed as well as plant bushes, shrubs and trees at new developments.  We work with large construction companies to complete site work at office buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, and public works projects.  Some of our commercial projects include the following:  Regency Center/Target Mall Complex; Lehighton Walmart Super-Center; several Olive Gardens; and the Wayne A. Grube Memorial Park reforestation project.

Phillips & Tosco has completed several bio-retention basin planting projects by working hand in hand with township and local engineers to complete the job efficiently.  We also do brush cutting for retention basins, road sides and fields.

We provide snow plowing service for office buildings and Condo Associations.
